Advance Notice & Scheduling:
~ All experiences are available Monday to Saturday, with the exception of Azalea. At the Leather Goods Maisons, you can shop on Saturdays, but artisans will not be present at work.
~ A minimum of 2 days' notice is required for all experiences.
Confirmation:
Your date is secured once we provide written confirmation and receive a 30% deposit. We will also share the list of brands and boutiques we have planned for your visit.
Deposit Policy:
The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made at least 10 days before your experience.
